Bag quality

I purchased an American Tourister bag Exp Upright 64 for Rs 3320 in July from Lifestyle outlet. I have used it only once since then. On my 1st trip itself the cloth on the bag piping has torn off. This bag was loaded in the luggage on the plane.

I am really disappointed as when i asked for the repair I was told the company does not provide any for the cloth getting torn off. The hard base has is also uneven now. I am really upset that the brand like this uses such a low quality material and charges so high and has no repair facility. This is rediculous and annoying as after paying so much such a filthy product is given to us. With so many brands in market I feel the company should concentrate on the quality. I will definatly not go for this brand again after such an experience.
