Amex Gold Card

I was a loyal user of the Amex Gold Card, and was prompt in paying my bills. All of a sudden, I was told that my card was blocked, and no one gave any reason for the same. Persistent enquiries showed two angles- one that said I had a great record, and another that just kept saying they could not tell why it was blocked. I was even sent a renewal card that was subsequently blocked.

Only later on, while applying for a Corporate card, I came to know that I was blocked for bad track record. I would like to have a statement of my card that showed bad payments. This is absolutely not fair.
