MY CELLPHONE SPEAKER DAMAGED

Dear Sir / Madam

My Name is Ganesh S Dhake i am staying in Kalyan (East) my cell no is 9920330118 & I Am using Nokia 3110. I purchased this mobile phone on 24/10

Last month my cell phone was facing a problem with my Key Pad so I went to Nokia care in Kalyan (West) when they saw this piece they told me that no nokia service centre can repair this mobile and told me to get repaired from any private mechanic so I went to the private mechanic near by their shop and get the mobile repaired for Rs 400.

After that my mobile was working in sound condition and now i am facing the problem with my speaker the sound of my mobile is so low so I again went to Nokia care people’s on 19/07. I was surprised again they have given me the same reason that no one can repair this mobile and told me to go to private mechanic.

I can’t understand if the private mechanic can repair the phone so why nokia peoples can’t do the same I am very upset with the service given to me as my phone is still under warranty period so request you to please look into this matter and solve my problem or if possible please provide me new fresh piece.

Awaiting for your feedback please take a strong action on this and please tell them not to give opinion to any of the customer to go to a private mechanic if the mobile is in warranty period.
