Wrong delivery

I have sent one consignment being no.12968183141 to Thane on 11.5.2011. After several phones to 022 28241234 they are reporting me that delivery boy is out with the same. At 8.00 p.m also the same reply. At 11.00 p.m I came to know the consignment has been delivered in wrong flat. They called the consignee to take delivery of the same, not only that they have opened the envelope also which have containing a Railway ticket.

I couldn't expect such a calas service from Blue Dart taking huge charge.
