Building main entrance gate Blocked by keeping Huge Boxe/ Sacks of goods

Buildings main entrance is blocked by keeping Goods and faced problems for the ladies cannot go as the goods are on the main way and thus the workers of the shop stand by side Inspite of telling many times to the Workers and shop owners there is no vacant palces for the tenants to pass by, this is majoritily i n the evening times, kindly help us with this, or do let me know the the solution f or this
