Broken Goods, Late Delivery

I hired Amit packers and Movers for Transferring my Household good from jamnagar (Reliance Greens, Motikhwadi) to Pune on 23 Apr and I was supposed to recieve 25 Apr. My Bike was to be dropped in Surat. They forced me to pay whole amount in advance after packing and loading the goods.

I was waiting till 25 but goods was delivered on 27 Apr in bad condition. (Broken glasses of computer table, dents on Refrigerator, almirah and bike, Mattress was completely black with lots of cuts and without any covering while this was packed properly in jamnagar. Even the driver accepted the damage but the P & M person (Supervisior) refused to accept and damage and diden't take responsibility.

I haven't signed the papers that I have recieved the goods yet.
