Sir, i m an mba aspiring student and had applied to amity noida for mba.the information brochure and website dont have any written clause regarding eligibility except 50% in graduation.i have 56.70% i.but they disqualified me for gd pi process on the basis of mat 2008 percentile.and in annexture given in prospect percentile criteria is taken with processing not in eligibility.now they are not paying back 1100 Rs taken as processing fees without includin me in gd pi process.kindly advise me what action against them could be taken.
