Non-delivery of document

I had booked a speed post document no ED655104939in on 26/5/09 at 1306 hrs from Gurgoam Road post office new delhi. The same has not been received at destination i.e. AMITY UNIVERSITY JAIPUR nor the status is updated at the Indiapost speedpost tracking website. Please note that the last date for submission of application to amity was 28/5/09, which will affect the career of my daughter.
