Land line and Internet has disruption

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm writing this email from USA (July-02-09) with lot of pain as I could talk to my parents by BSNL land line which is having static noise. For the past three month BSNL land line in Chennai, TN 044-26251973 was not working properly and my father (67 yrs old) complaint about the issue many times but whoever come to fix the issue tell some story and get money from my father and still there is a disruption in the service. On July 02 phone is completely dead. I could not reach them at all now. Please kindly help to fix this issue.
