Worst colony to stay

Being a resident of this colony I never got y rights from promoters there are unrepaired roads very high maintenance few unmaintained parks. Promoters opened an old age home on non saleable land ie part of 45% of the total area. The charges are for an old age home 1 lakh security and Rs.16000 per couple!!! How an old person who is is retired and not accepted by his family members can afford such an amount??? It is less like an old age home "Deviwati Aashiana" this is what it is called and more like a hotel.
