Sir with due respect i want to subbmit my complain . i have purchase 160 va battery from tyer house vikas marg delhi i have all paper with me .in one month only i start facing problem with battery like not charging and due to this it is not giving back up now they . when i made complain they send one person he told me that battery need some chek up i will come tommrow with some device. that day was the last day and till date near about 15days passed . when i do call to them they are not picking up phone if so giving me false commitment like today i will do . person who sold me battery is also helpless for me
