Telehone not working properly

Our Telehone (0452-2322302) not working properly for past three (3) weeks. Given complaint in 198. Response is there, but

problem is not solved fully. We are losing lot of business. It is a big black mark for bsnl. In airtel, complaints are rectified within 6 working hours. But in BSNL?
