Imported Iron received in damaged condition

I had bid for one Imported Iron with Rediff Shopping and made payment through Credit card. I have received the item in good packed condition, but when I opened the packing, I got fully damaged iron. immediately I have placed my feedback on the seller complaining about the same and sent complaint on ishop@rediff.com which was written on the packing. I am trying to get response either from Seller or from Rediff to return the same. Since I am totally disturbed with this transaction, I want to return the same. They may refund my money or exchange with other item. am ready to buy “Apacer USB 2 Gb Flash Drive Stores upto 10GB DATA” and ready to pay the balance amount.
