Sir,

We have received 13 c/s of PANEER on 23/06/10 in invoice no. A10/E04/MP/T/004217 Dt.22/06/10

having batch no. SH 162-033, Mfg Dt.11//06/10 MRP 180/-

All the above mentioned 13 c/s were sealed pack but out of this 13 c/s in 5 c/s there was shortage of 1kg each.in all we have received 5 kg paneer short in above mentioned invoice.

So kindly adjust the Credit note of the short quantity received in our A/c.

We would like to take your kind attention towards this issue as this is not happning first time with us.

Prior to this also, many a times we had received short quantity but always we had made oral complaint to Mr. Aashutoshji Sharma, FSR of our company. So kindly try to stop such things.

We also have sent you a written copy on our letterhead regarding the same issue.

Kindly do the needful as early as possible.
