Taking more money to M.R.P

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am sumit Maggu and live in kharkhoda dist.(Sonepat) Haryana. There is a proublem in my village the all shopkeepers of the village are taking more money compare to MRP. of the product.the MRP of the amul half letter pack is 13 but they sold it on 14 to 16 .in need we have no option to taking it. so plz help us what we do...
