Order not yet delivered

Hi,

This is Somasundaram. I have placed a order (41603939) on 09/09. The order is not received. I repeatedly called customer care, they said that it was dispatched from chennai to salem. When we called the salem amway office they gave a receipt number (9629729399) for the courier. When we asked them they said that they had delivered that parcel to someone else. When we asked again they shouted at us, saying that whatever you can do, do it. The person sitting at the salem amway office is not doing anything to resolve this issue. This is the second time we are experiencing such type of stupid service from Overnight courier service. Last week (29/09/09) a mnanger from Salem office contacted us and said that the issue will be resolved within two days, but so far we only making calls to him. Yet he is telling the same answer (things will be resolved). Two days back I got a call from another manage, he also mentioned the same. I didnt expect Amway to do like this. Please have a look this and resolve this immediately.
