AMW Pvt Ltd
Not paying salalry

Hi,

I was working with AMW Pvt Ltd but due to some misconceptions and wrong blames the company terminated me without any proofs of what I've done wrong and they handed over the termination letter to me saying that they'll pay me my salary of the particular month but then they kept on hanging me for it and its almost 3 months they haven't payed me yet and the amount is not too small its a big amount of more than 10, 000. And now they are denying to pay me besides its written in the termination letter signed by the MD that i should be paid. So, please help me recover the amount. Please
