NON DELIVERY OF GAS EVEN AFTER 20 DAYS

Non-receipt of LPG gas cylinder

I am a customer of your Indane Gas Distributor having office at near Ashok nagar, Ranchi with customer no. 20999.I am an employee of Allahabad Bank presently posted as Manager at Zonal Office, Lalapur Chowk, Ranchi. Sir, Since inception, when I had taken connection with the said distributor I am suffering from mental agony due to harassing attitude of Indane Gas Distributor at Ashok Nagar. Sir I was provided gas connection with 2 cylinders facility but since inception they are creating lot of troubles for supplying LPG gas cylinder. Despite booking cylinders for nearly 20 day before before on 02/098, I was not supplied LPG cylinder till date now my 2nd cylinder is also get empty . what can I do sir even they are not entertaining telephone request for suply of the gas.

Despite that I visited the concerned office on 23/09 and but I was told that there is shortage of gas, they harassed me and told cylinder will be supplied to your home till evening but till date neither cylinder was supplied nor they are entertaining my telephone now my 2nd cylinder is also empty Sir if there is shortage of LPG supply, Sir kindly make a enquiry with the said distributor about no LPG is supplied to the customers who has booked the gas for home delivery since 02/09.

Sir considering the alarming situation, I humbly request you to look in to the matter seriously and take action against the concerned and help to recover from such situation for me and also for the people who are facing such a similar situation.. for this I will be very grateful to you.
