Dear sir/madam,

we are holding nri accounts with manek bag, indore, m.p. india.and since begning the services offered by that particular branch is not up to mark.recent example ;i sent 4 demand draft in the month of may 08, till today i.e.13/09/08 money has'nt deposited in our account and bank ppl didnt even bother to cross check.and this is not the 1st time, we are sufferingh since begining.our telegraphic transfer never reached on time, and on one or two time the t/t came bank due to bank swift code error given by your bank people, and during that transaction i lost around 30000 rupees.

we are going through a lot of mental stress just because of iresponsible services offered by your bank.

we are coming to india in nov.08.and we want to shift our account from your bank and wants compensation of delay of that demand draft clearance (3 month intrest plus 30000 rupees)

hope state bank will improve in future
