Dear Sir,

I am working in Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL) in Accessories Division Lucknow, as you know this is Navratna Company of Ministry of Defense and 75% employees of HAL are owners of a Mruti Brand Car. I had also purchased a Maruti Zen Estilo Lx on 14th Nov’2008 of colour pearl silver with Chasis No. 215747, Registration No. UP-32 CQ1470 from your authorized dealer Anand Motor Agencies Ltd., Lucknow. The car was handed over without some accessories, steering cover is still due, Car (vehicle) cover is under size. Remote of music system is not working and CD not ejecting properly. I had complained many times but no body has taken responsibility of my problems When I went to Anand Motor Service Station for my first service, I had to stay the whole day, and then nothing was properly done. They did’t clean or wash the car properly.

I am sure that a reputed company like Maruti will look into my problems and sort them out.
