Wrong comittment & network problem

Dear Sir,

We have purchased 10airtel mobile lines No.9987768330 - 39from your sales person

Mr. Kawaljet his cell no.9867047343.We are using 5 lines, but balance 5 cant be used as there is no network available. Ther is zero network available in our office, but your sales person commited that airtel is having some system of placing booster in the office premises, so than the network will be available, Now 2 months have passed your engineer didnt turn up & there is very false commitment from your sales person. The sales persons are misguiding, we have also complaint to custmer service but as on date no reply. Kindly confirm whether it is possible or we will cancel the balance 5 lines & kindly refund the money of Rs.3000.00 given bycash to above mentioned sales person.
