Dumping of Garbage

MCD Sweepers use to took garbage from the drain and spread it on tside of our home and completely through out the face of our home and entry to home and dont to remove it from there. WE have requeested them several time to remove the garbage from our home but every time he is aksing for Rs. 50/- why should we pay them. My parents are senior citizens and for them it is very difficult to enter our premises due to that garbage completely spread on road. I have requested so many times to them for quick removal of garbage and leave spaces so that we can move to our home. Please help me as i am facing a lot of difficulty die to this. Kindly intervene into the matter.
