Sir,
Reference is made to may mail of 30 may which was addressed to HDFC bank with whom I hold an account.
On 11 May around 20.30hrs to 21:20hrs I tried to withdraw a sum of amount Rs7500/- through your A T M. Before opting for withdrawal I even tried to check my balance of my HDFC account, both occassion the A T M displayed "Transmission Lapsed" and the amount of Rs7500/- was not released by your A T M. And subsequently I had to approach HDFC A T M and withdraw the amount of Rs7500/-.
But, the next day I was surprised to note one of my cheque issued to another bank was not honoured due to shortage of fund and the shortage was cuased due to the indication that an amount of Rs7500/-was released through Andhra Bank A T M at Vanasthalipuram. I even approached the Andhra Bank at Vanasthalipuram, they advised me to lodge a complaint through HDFC Bank as the account is in HDFC.
Immediately I lodged a complaint at HDFC Bank Branch at Vanasthalipuram wide complaint No: HYD012264. And after a gap of one week the amount of Rs7500/- is reversed in ledger, but, on hold due to delay in your confirmation.
Hence i anticcipate your intervention and release my amount of Rs7500/- at the earliest.
Thanking You
