Parcel booked from mumbai on 21-10-09 with docket no.104763019 to be delivered to mr shaikh shabbir, andhra bank, peddamangalaram branch, moinabad road moinabad r r dist pin 501504.

upon enquiry on 1-11-09 head office of professional courier informed that their mehdipatnam branch has delivered the parcel to somebody in mehdipatnam. the attitude of the staff members is non-cooperative, seems that the staff members (group of staff) are involved in such type of modus operandi i.e. misappropriating the goods and claiming that the parcels are delivered.

I request the top official of professional courier to look in to matter and see tha the parcel is traced with all the articles in it and delivered to me at my above address at the earliest.
