Not refunding the payment of Rs.2, 57, 000 even after cancellation of the application after 8 months

Dear Sir/ Madam/ Digitable Members of thsi Commission,

I am Madhu Rudhra, a 24 years guy, who is from the middle class family. A cool college going guy, who is doing the job to get survive his family.. sacrificed the college life and doing job ..

I never give up the things. I continued my college while doing job.

All of a sudden, one Tonedo came in my life as Rajiv Swagruha ***The Congress Govt providing the home for the poor people.

So, I have applied for that with an hope, that we will get a Home. I am an Applicant of Rajiv Swagruha of Chandha Nagar Flats and its office located at Chanda Nagar and its Head Office is located at Domalguda.

I have applied for a flat under a Rajiv Swagruha with an initial payment of Rs.15000 and i was one of the lucky winner to be pay for 1 flat with in 4 EMI"s for Rs.2, 57, 000 Two Lakh Fifty Seven Thousand Rupess for every 2 months.

As a middle class family, how can one make payment for entire Rs.12, 00, 000.00 Twelve Lakhs... in 8 months... If iam paying the 12, 000, 00 in Rajiv Swagruha, then what is the motive of Rajiv Swagruha that they are giving free homes to the poor people...

But what happened is, i paid Rs.2, 57, 000 Two Lakh Fifty Seven Thousand Rupess for the first EMI. and i applied for home loan, but it was not approved where i applied at SBI, but unluckily it not approved.

I got the cancellation letters from Rajiv Swagruha and i have given application to withdraw my Payment made to them in November.. When i given application to pay back my money, i was assured that within 15 days it wil be refunded as it is cancelled. But it is more than 7 months, no money refunded.. i have approached them more than 100 times from Chanda Nagar office to Domalguda Office... From Vishnu Vardhan

Reddy, Shankar to Bharath Reddy to Mrs. MIshra... IAS.. but we don’t know how an IAS work... She is very rude and she is not at all eligible for that Position. She doesnot deserve it.

She is giving a reply... Hamare paas Paise abhi nahi hai... Kisisie kahna hai kaho... Koi mujhe kuch nahi karsaktey... WE are not asking her money or government money.. I am requesting for my money i paid for nothing... I am paying Rs.20000 interest to various people where i bought this amount of Rs.257000.. Now i have no hope... because, if it is a private limited chit

fund company, i can think i have to leave hope, if government officials are doing frauds and people representatives are not able to help us. What we can do... And she saying boss what we can do, the money is with Housing Board... what we can do... But i paid to Rajiv Swagruha Office at Chandha Nagar...

NOw tell me .. will you able to pay interest Rs.20000 per month to anyone..Now i am in a situation to take a decision to end my life... Even i approached the TV9, NTV, TV5... but i didnt get any reply.. by thinking this is as a final hope from you.. i have sent this mail.. Please help me in refunding my money..

With me i have more 150alloties are suffering like this... Even the court High Court gave judgment to refund back the money but she is not allowing others to that..

Please reply... Even media is not helping... I am expecting justice because I am from a middle class poor family... I am currently paying Rs.20000 for the interest on Rs.2, 57, 000.00. I used to work in private company . due to the recession, my job is also not guarantee... Now i am requesting to help you... Please do the needful. Thanks..

Th4ey are not showing any interest because of the big people like People Representatives ****MINISTERS and The Head OF Rajiv Swagruha" are involved. More over it isa been more than 8 months i have cancelled this one. But no refund happened., simply delaying that finance dept not allowing, Shalini Mishra not allowing, Ministers not allowing to refund...

I have cancellation letter. I have approached Media, TV9, NTV, TV5, but they juast say they are for public, but they not fr ublic, they are for the regional parties..
