We are having 6 land line connections for our Bank. Of which, telephone No.0861-2323910 was provided at our Regional Manager's Residence. However, during September we have given a letter at the office of GM, Nellore Telecom Dist to shift the said telephone connection from our RM's Residence to our Bank. The said telephone connection was not shifted so far. The bill was also not received for the month of September. When enquired at the said Office, we were informed that the said bill was paid. Kindly clarify how it was happened.
