Passport erro

Hai my dear friends i have received my passport in june and in the address proof i have submitted my college proof as a temporary address and for my permanent address i submitted ration card of warangal but in the passport i received it simply mentioned as warangal... so please suggest me how to rectify this error and in the back side of passport they are gave my college address very clear... i.e., college address they gave me full address... and regarding front page only they mentioned as WARANGAL and they dont include my home number... is it make any trouble in future
