Revalidation of COC

For getting the endorsement on Engineer's COC after doing the revalidation course in Delhi, only the engineers have to go to Mumbai, Kolkatta, Chennai mmd and personally submit all the required documents for the endorsements. Deck officers-including masters, can get the same done thru' mmd at Noida.

Why can't this facility be extended to engineers also.

The documents could be easily submitted at Noida mmd and the same could be despatched to Mumbai/Kolkatta/Chennai - as deemed fit and after endorsement the documents could be handed over to respective individuals.

This would obviate unnecessary expenditure, time of so many engineers who have to go outside delhi/north India for the same.

This will also reduce the work load of other mmds.

Kindly look into this matter urgently and help all engineers from North India.
