EGNORACE OF COMPANY AND P.F. DEPARTMEN

Respected Sir,

I am ex employee of M/s Anglo French Drugs & Industries Ltd, Address. RS 110 Village Kharchi Bilwara, Tal Jhagadia Dist Bharuch. Gujarat. This compnay having their own P.F. Trust In Banglore. But they had their on unit in Gujart furnishing fabircs division. I had my P.F. NO.KN/10641/1297.

In this company I worked from bigning from March 1994 and I retired on 31st July as I have complited 58 years as my bitrh date 11/06/1950. Company has clear my P.F. Dues but they have not forwarded my F.P.F. Application to relavent department. I have approched sever time to the company.

During my service peirod if P.F. authortiy check proper record they will find more then 50% worker and staff is on not on roll call and no P.F. Deduction since 10 to 15 years. No P.F. Officer is comming for checking. Around 60 to 70 salary and wages every month paid as rokady.

If P.F. Department is enquire for payment of P.F. Detail or proff they can not submitt the same as same was manage by their Head Office Banglore during the month of Feb they have mad short payment of P.F.. However their was no I.D. Card having employee of P.F. ect.

I sure that deparmtne will look in to the mater
