Delay in delivery of passport

Hi,

I'm Anil Sharma liveing in Alwar, Rajasthan. I have applied for the Indian Passport on 16/04 My key number on receipt is 8702500508. I have submitted all the documents required on 16/04/08 at Behror Main Post office, and police verification has been completed last year as well. I do not understand any reason of not delivering my passport. I will appreciate if someone can look into this matter and do the needful. I have been waiting for my passport arrival as we have planned for an overseas trip. I have recieved my partners passport which was applied on the same date. ER number on the back of receipt is ER 006190926 IN.
