Transfer of connection

We are transferred from indore to jaipur and we deposited our cylinder and regulator to Flame & Flame gas agency at indore and got a transfer letter from them and in jaipur we submitted at Mansarowar situated gas agency on 20th Oct' 08. at the time we were told that with in 10-15 days confirmation will be got from Indore gas agency then we will be issued the connection, but more then 1 nad half month is gone but we are not issued the connection. on asking every time we are given excuses that they have not got the confirmation from indore. So what kind of service is provided by Bharat Gas? Do they not have any co-ordination between two gas agency? un necessarily consumaer is being tortured.
