Provident fund not received

My Name is Anitha T, my previous employer was Satyam BPO, Bangalore.

I applied for my PF (AP/HYD/43751/5666) last nov and have not yet received. I was informed that my PF amount was not authorized as I provided my Father s bank account number. Hence I applied for re-authorisation in May and still not received the PF. When I call the HYD office on the number 04027564571 all they say is "it is in process". It is almost a year now.

Kindly do the needful. Awaiting your response.
