Defective Product Not Replaced

I had purchased a SWATCH Watch from India Today Book Club (Online) with a bundle offer of another Watch (Beneton). After receiving the parcel, after few days I found the Beneton Watch is faulty. So, I log a complain and they said to send the watch back for replacement. It was all happened at the month of May-June 09. But till date I have not received my replaced one.
The BAD thing about India Today Book Club what I found is the customer dealing. This is really very very poor. Even there is no process of your complain escalation and those tele sales executives are always speak or write the standard words which they taught by their seniors.
My experience with India Today Book Club is very sad and 100% I will never go for them and I have already told all my friends, collegues not to go for them.
