We had booked the material with First Flight Couriers Ltd. on 17.01.09 destination at Parwano (H.P) C/N No. SG1314062. Our customer daily followed up with the courier department but there was no response from courier department. The material reached the destination on 27.01.09 but our customer loosed the order for this reason. Still the party accepted the material & said to pay half payment for fault of courier guys. But First Flight courier were not ready to accept their mistake & when asked the reason they told we have never committed to deliver your material on the specified date. So whats the use to pay more & give it to First Flight courier. Moreover, the First Flight Courier Pvt. Ltd, (Manager) Ms. Gayatri, Ahmedabad talked so rudely to us as if we are slaves. They never understood our problem & said we would not give the material untill u pay full payment.
