Not refunding booking amount

I have given 3000/- booking amount for maid servant on 10/01, agency assure me they will delivery maid with in week but they didn't deliver after that again they again said for week i waited for month but till 7th Feb they didn't do any thing & always give false statement and mentally tortured me. They didn't do any process for delivery of maid. I asked return my booking amount but they said they'll give next week and again they waited me for month now today 3/3 i again asked for my amount but they didn't response me... this agency is lying me from 2 month please take strict action again this agency i have all evidence again this agency my contact no.9911742608, mrs. sajwan, sec 10, dwarka
