BREACH OF MAID PROVIDING SERVICE CONTRACT

On 6th, Aug. I paid Rs16, 000/-(Rs2000 registration, Rs10, 000/- service charge and Rs4000/-as advance one month salary being last moth"s salary of one year coctract) and got maid on same day evening. named

Shahnaz.to take care of my 74 year old disabled Mrs As per Agency she was supposed to have three years work experience, but she worked only for three months after being

picked up from Budge Budge, West Bengal where she was doing rag picking. Since the

maid was well behaved, we trained her up and was doing well..

On 18th Jan she was called back by the Agency on pretext of paying her two months salary due to her and pocked by them from her previous placement. The maid

on good faith went there to collect salary, ()without even taking her belongings, wherein

she was forced to take up a new placement by pocketing another Rs16000/- or more.

This agency TRADED THIS GIRL THREE TIMES IN 9 MONTHS AND POCKETED

RS, 48, 000/- OR MORE AND ALSO CHEATING PUBLIC WITH COMPLETE DISREGARD TO CONTRACT TERMS.

SUDDEN REMOVAL OF THE MAID (after only 5 months) BROUGHT MY MRS.

TO THE BRINK OF DEATH. Several phone calls and six letters did not provide any

replacement or refund of money paid to them.
