Lost of valuables during shifting

Sir,

This is to draw your kind attention against Anmol Movers and packers (Pro. Vikas Yadav), Gurgoan. I gave him my complete luggage and Santro car to move to Hyderabad on 09.05.11 asking him to deliver this to me in Hyderabad on 01/02 june, 11 . After may calls and reminder he gave my car on 05 June and luggage on 11 June, 11.

I received my car in very bad condition it was extra run by around 800 kms by Vikas and it seems that he used my car on daily freight. Car condition is very bad, bearings got damaged due to rough drivings. When I received it front mirror was broken which was replaced by a local mirror. Total estimate to get repair my car is around Rs .15000.

About luggage it is in very bad condition and locks of suitcases were broken and valuables are missing.

Each and every items which I received is broken or bad shaped.

Two cartons are also missing and one new quilt packed in company’s own packing. Two cartons contain high value items Such as shoes, clothes and other house hold items.

I want an immediate compensation of Rs60000/- from Vikas.

I paid him advance of Rs 30400/- and balance of Rs 4000 said to be paid at time of delivery. I paid the balance amount because at time of unloading his people said that they will not unload it until I pay the the balance amt. They unloaded my luggage on road and fled away.

It is requested to please pursue the case and get me justice against this fraud practice.
