Check Bogus

See I saw this paper and got registered in this company but it did work out after struggling so much and asked them to repay the money and cancle the Id as per that they even sent me the check but as it is an open check i went and checked with the bank but found it is bogus as their is no money in the account and i started to call them continously but no body is answering me as numbers are switchoffed and office no disconnected now iam been cheated with Rs.5000/- dont now what to do where to go and ask for the money am scared will i get the money or not with great difficulty i joined now lost my money.
