Agency taking more than 10days for deliverying the cylinder, n no proper phone response

Sir,

Am Rekha from trichy my bhorther holding a Indane gas cylinder connection in Annai Saratha Gas Agency in Trichy. My consumer No is 24966. Name-Mr. IllayaRaja. The issue is we booked the cylinder on Monday (01/12), over telephonebut the lady refuse to do that, she ask to come personnel to verify the card n ration card, and she issued one sticker which should b sticked on the receipt when they issue the cylinder, so we went on tuesday (02/12) personnel and got the sticker and we booked the cylinder, still we didnt recevie the cylinder, there is delay in providing the cylinder.another issue is during working hour if we call to agency phone number, the lady is not picking up the phone, if she picks up also she is not giving the proper answer for us, we are suffering a lot. today also i made a call at 2.20 PM in the afternoon (10/12). But nobody picks up the call. what a customer service you are providing. without cylinder we cannot do anything. please kindly see to this issue n act as soon as possible. customer care is going very bad in Trichy.
