No enough ventilation or space in Coimbatore study centre

One of my family member is studying here in the Coimbatore Study centre of Annamalai university ; He report that there is only one fan for 30 people sitting in a single room of 16 x 10 ft ; How can any human being sit under such congested conditions ; the heat from the computers ; outside temperature which is more than 30'C ; This is something Consumer Protection activitists need to probe into.
