No Response for Fees Paid

Dear Sir,

I Mohammed Rizwan doing my Distance Education in Annamali University ENRL No : 1250450239.

As per the advice from the Staffs of Annamalai University Chidambaran through phone call I have taken a DD of Rs.2850 for Tution Fees and DD of Rs.100 for change of address is taken and sent. Its more than 12 days now but no response from them.

I'am really tiered of making phone call to Chidambaram office, phone rings but no body picks the call. So if this is the case how can a student in India coplete his studies. I dont know whats there problem to pick up the calls, please somebody help me in this issue.
