Addmission fees related

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is Sumana. N this complaint is to address that i had appeared for the addmission in Annamalai University (study centre, bangalore, RV road) for my Msc in Psychology courses and paid the amt of 4500/rs through DD (if so needed i have all the receipts were i can produe later) i was informed that without PCP classes i cant attend exams i have provided clear address, email id and also phone number for my contact, and for your information after my addmission i was weekly visitor for the study centre for my exam and pcp classes status.

Though i was visiting these many times and also was hoping that i will attend the classes one fine day when i approached got to know that another 1 week exams are ther and i am not eligible for the same. I fought with them for my money and my educational year they said they are helpless and spoke to me very rudely and also the principal of the insititution said to do anything and also argued that they have intimated but no details.

Kindly request you to check this nuisence and revert back as early as possible
