Online booking-Registration information not get

Dear Sir

Sub: Onlinebooking Registration intimation not get the company regarding.

Ref: Consumer No.823.

I had applied gas booking through online on 22-nov.09 and I got booking No.1. at the agency of Annapurna Indance Service Kannapuram, kannur, Kerala. My consumer no. is 823.But today I enquired the gas Company about it, they told me no information didnot get from you regarding my online booking. And they are not ready to acept the online booking. So today I again booked for gas.

So i request you to consider this matter and inform about the the online booking to Annapurna agency and acept my registration of booking dated 22-11-09 at your earliest.
