I am in receipt of statement dated Jun 19 for transaction between May 18 to Jun 18. Entry for 18 Jun 08 shows Annual Fee 3rd year Service Tax (1500 185.40). At the time issuing card I was assured that there will be no Annual Fee and the Card will be life time free. It is therefore requested that crredit for the equivalent amount be given and accordinlgy confirmation be given to me. For your information I have already effected payment for the complete amount billed.
