Collection of Cow Dung (Gobar) in front of House

Dear Sir,

I am the resident of House No. 655A/3/048, Adil Nagar, Gayatripuram, Kursi Road, Lucknow. I want to tell you that near my house some Dairies are running & So many Baffalows / Cows are there. The Dairy holder collected the Cow dung (Gobar) In a plot exactly in front of my house. due to that the whole area is affected with mosquito. So that seasonal deceases spread time to time. After so many request the dairy holder is continueing the same & misbehaved. As for as my knowledge - As per the decision of H'ble Court "No dairy should run in the residence area". I am a regular House tax Pay holder. Therefore It is my humble request on behalf of my area residents to the authorities, Please look in to the matter & take necessary action in this regards.
