Request to rectify the credit card bills and send me the correct bill

Every month I will pay credit card bills through online transfer from my HDFC account, based on Unbilled Transactions total amount I will pay the bill, I wont keep bills pending and I wont see for bill due date, I will pay the bill at a time when I purchase item and payment will be done in the next 4 days or 7 days time and I wont wait for the statements.
This month I got more bill amount. Whenever there is a due amount that automatically shows in my unbilled payment. But this time that is not done. I have seen that in the statement that came from you. It is not updated online.
If the bills are not updated online what is the use of giving online account for us and what is the situation of people who follow online bills rather than monthly statement which you sent.
Update my online account details and please send a reply to my mail so that I can check my account and please update my account regularly whenever traction is done.

I spoke to customer service many times. But none of them have given correct information.
