Denial of delivery of goods

I had some goods to be shifted from Pune to Jalandhar and Pune to Noida. I gave this resposibility to Anupam Cargo Movers and Packers (Pimpri) Pune. They gave me a qutation of Rs. 20000 to deliver, unload and unpack the goods to Jalandhar and Noida but they did not provided the amount in written. Later after packing and loading the goods they made a bill of 24500 and added taxes like Octra and toll tax. They asked for 50% payment on loading and took 13000 cash with receipt. They promised to take rest of 50% on delivery but on 3rd day after loading the goods they forced me to pay Rs. 9200 by cheque. They threatened not to ship the goods otherwise. They took Rs.2000 cash on delivery of goods at Jalandhar with few goods missing and few damaged. They denied any deduction due to misplace and damage which was initially promised in written. They also did not unloaded and unpacked the goods. Now i have already paid them Rs. 24200 of total 24500 but still they are asking for more 3500 Rs. in order to deliver the remaining goods at Noida. They have threatened not to deliver the goods in case the payment is not given. Also they have denied to pay the cost of damaged and missing goods.

Please do the needful against these bluffs. The Marketing Executive is Sandeep choudhary who is doing all this cheating.
