Cheated after taking the money

I have contacted this anupam cargo movers and packers, to shifting my households from pune to hyderabad. These has taken 10, 000 in advance for total quoted amount of 28, 000. but they have not shipped the goods at. Its been the week they have taken the money..but no responce from this guy sandeep chouwdary. He has taken my money and switched off his phone... What i have to do now..Please do need helpfull. and PUNISH THIS CHEATERS
