Gas stove not required

Dear Sir,

I have applied for gas connection at Anurag Gas Agency before two months.

On dated 25th of Oct.08' varification came to my home & your person told me that you can take your connection on next working day. Today I visited to your agency & they told me that u need to take gas stove comulsory but when I filled your form at that time your form have option to take or not to take stove & marked for no need of stove.

If I do not required stove with connection than why your agencys are behaving like this to the customer & reply was that you can't take connection without stove.

I need gas connection without stove so what I need to do??

Really I am not able to take your connection??

Please this is my complaint related your poor communication & service.

If you changed rule than you need to change your application form with kit option.
