Poor Service

I am using maruti Alto LXI for last 2 years, purchased it in ahmedabad and now I am at hyderabad. I met an accident and got it repaired at Anuroop Auto - Hyderabad, during accident time also I had few minor issues but I ignored it due to lack of time for such follow ups. Now after 3 months of that major repair I faced a new problem of Smoke from AC blowers during driving. I contacted Anuroop Auto and appraised them about the issue and asked them to do a service also along with this work.

Now in evening my car was ready with a word by engineer that we checked it by driving for 8 kms. I took car and after driving few Kms I faced again same problem of smoke but while going back to service centre it stopped hence i went back to home, next day again same problem came for a while hence I called Anurrop Auto but they refused to take the car as of now as they have lot of car for service, now today after 4 days of service my car just stopped while driving and was not starting at all.

This is a very poor service provided by maruti authorised service centre after charged Rs. 3000/-

request you to take this matter ahead with Anuroop Auto.
